Mango — Terms of Service

Mango lets you instruct an AI agent — in Slack and other connected tools — to research trends, draft and edit content, and schedule or publish posts to platforms you connect. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract to use Mango.

You retain ownership of the content you provide and the content Mango generates for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and deliver the service (including sending content to our AI providers to generate responses). When you connect third-party accounts (e.g. Slack or social platforms), you authorize Mango to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant, and you are responsible for complying with those platforms’ own terms.

You agree not to use Mango to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• generate or distribute spam, deceptive, hateful, or harmful content;
• violate the terms or rate limits of any connected platform;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Mango uses large language models to generate content. Output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing content before you publish it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Fees are described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Mango is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content produced will achieve any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mango and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using Mango at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
